Open Training
Open Training is different to a class as there is no instructor there telling you what to do or teaching you skills. While there is always a supervisor, these sessions are self guided.
Open Training is the perfect time to work on the skills you've learnt in class, or maybe you want to make your own routine.
Open training is NOT the time to teach yourself this big new trick you've seen online but have never been taught. It's also not the time to teach your friend a skill above their level.
Everything you need to know about these sessions:
* Open Training is available for students 10yrs+ who have completed 1 full term of Beginner or higher.
* Open training sessions are supervised, however there is no coach leading the session.
* Students may bring their own equipment to train on (must meet safety standards), or use our studio equipment.
* Only Inverted Aerials Staff are allowed to rig equipment.
* Students are responsible for doing their own warm up and cool down, as well as training with safe practices.
* Children must be signed in by a parent/caregiver
* Sessions must be pre-booked
