Open Training
In the lead up to the Bend The Air National Finals Competition, we are opening up our studio to students and visitors to practice their skills and routines, ready for competition week.

Everything you need to know about these sessions:
* Open training sessions are supervised, however there is no coach leading the session.
* Each student is allocated their own aerial point for the entire session.
* Each session is 1 hour in duration.
* Sessions are strictly capped to low numbers, so the studio is never over crowded.
* Should you wish to train longer you can book sessions back to back where available.
* If training a doubles act, each person must make their own booking.
* Students may bring their own equipment to train on (must meet safety standards), or use our studio equipment.
* Only Inverted Aerials Staff are allowed to rig equipment.
* Students may use the studio speaker to play their routine song. Or train with headphones if preferred.
* Students are responsible for doing their own warm up and cool down, as well as training with safe practices.
* Students may arrive 10 minutes before their session to warm up, however will not be allowed on aerial equipment until their session time starts.
* Children must be signed in by a parent/caregiver
